Love Bali
A defining positive experience in my life was living in Indonesia and travelling the world when i was just 10 years old. My Love Bali collection celebrates all that I saw in the craft markets and handcrafted artisan studios across Bali, Lombok, Pulai Seribu and Java.
Silversmiths and jewellery are big business in Indonesia and native techniques have been passed down from generation to generation. Balinese jewellers found inspiration from around the world and my Love Bali collection takes ideas from these ancient techniques.
These pieces are all made from 925 sterling silver and feature a modern boho take on the granulation technique and hand formed textures that are featured in many Balinese arts and crafts. The frangipani, known locally as plumeria is the national flower of Bali and was a start point for some of my pieces.
